A. Ketipi – S. Ketipi Company was founded in 2002 and is a result of the family Ketipi’s effort to organize the production, processing and marketing of asparagus in the region. As asparagus growers themselves, with a holding of nearly 200 acres, they know firsthand the problems, possibilities and prospects this product has.
The dynamics of the business is growing. The numbers show that the last three years the volume of the exported product has doubled and in association with the successful strategy of product launch, the company has turned into a dynamic factor in the region. Backed up by 40 asparagus producers who cultivate 1,200 acres. During the period of asparagus harvest, the company employs about 70 people.
The rich social work of the company, is not restricted in the job offer in a particularly sensitive area, but is also a sponsor to many social and sporting events, being a supporter of the efforts of the football team “Thyella Manganon” and the Elderly in the region.
